I am running the Estate boxset for Mausritter for some of my friends from swordfighting. They are currently making their way through the Fruit of the Orchard. Due to the situation they ended up in at the end of last session I am in need of a random table of Magpie behaviour. It is made with the specific adventure in mind, but might be useable for other situations as well?
Minor spoilers for Fruit of the Orchard.
d20 things Rupert does while some of the party hides beneath his nest:

- Rupert rearranges his shinies
- Rupert has a nap in the sun
- Rupert sings that he is looking for hot singles in his area
- Rupert has a long distance conversation about the latest news
- Rupert cleans his feathers
- Rupert drinks some delicious cider
- Rupert dances a little dance while humming a tune
- Rupert sings that he sees Geoffrey and that he should back off!
- Rupert receives 3d6 subjects who are unable to pay tribute due to the trouble
- Rupert receives 3d6 subjects begging for his aid to deal with monsterous produce
- Rupert receives 3d6 subjects who are aiming to burn his nest
- A Magpie visits Rupert to gossip about mammals
- A Magpie visits Rupert and they lament objects still missing from their collection
- A Magpie visits Rupert to evaluate Rupert's contribution to Magpies taking over the north of the Estate
- Rupert flies off to survey his territory
- Rupert flies off to forage for food
- Rupert flies off to answer a booty call
- Rupert flies off to drive off Geoffrey, who didn’t in fact back off
Still working on more fantasy creatures. Also not done yet with HAG. Depending on how this game goes I might share more Mausritter prep as well. Who knows.
